Deletion of Personal Data

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to have all of your personal or your children's data used in our application and our partners' services (purchase payments, in-app ad views, etc.) deleted. Please keep in mind that should you decide to delete the data, the user account will be deleted and will not be restorable. However, it will be possible to start the game over from Level 1.

iOS/Android:
1. Go to the in-game Settings in the bottom-right menu
2. Tap Contact Us and open the mail window.
3. In the pop-up mail window, write your request to have your personal data deleted, and send it to support@newvoy.com.
4. Upon receiving your request, Our support team will process it and confirm you the deletion.

Mac/PC:
1. Login with your email account in any browser.
2. Open your game and copy your ID in the in-game Setting menu.
3. Send an email to support@newvoy.com with your request to have your personal data deleted. Please make sure to include your account ID in step 2.
4. Upon receiving your request, Our support team will process it and confirm you the deletion.

If you’ve linked your Facebook account to help save your progress using cloud save, follow the steps below if you would like to remove it:
1. Go to Facebook.com and log into your account
2. On the top-right of the screen, tap on the downward-facing arrow and select Settings & Privacy
3. Click on Apps & Websites
4. Click on the Remove button next to any of the games you would like to unlink from your Facebook account
